Our Story
An artful eye. A personal approach.
ARTE Aesthetics is a boutique aesthetics studio in Grapevine, Texas, built around one specialty: multi-modal, full-face rejuvenation. Rather than isolated fixes, every plan layers injectables, biostimulators, and skin-focused treatments into a single, cohesive approach centered on facial balance.
That philosophy is shaped by an international perspective; training that draws heavily on K-Beauty principles, applied to how we think about skin health and preventative care long before signs of aging set in. It's a studio-wide commitment to continual education, staying current with the safest, most effective techniques as the field evolves.
Founded by Kat Nguyen, RN, a nurse with 13 years of clinical experience, 7 of them focused specifically in aesthetics, and a Key Opinion Leader and 3PT trainer for MintPDO. ARTE carries that same standard through every treatment room.
At the core of it all is a simple guiding principle: enhance, never replace. ARTE Aesthetics exists to honor each client's natural features while delivering clinical-grade results and warm, personal care.

Kat Nguyen, RN, BSN
Founder & Lead InjectorBringing over a decade of clinical nursing experience and almost 8 years in the aesthetic specialty to every treatment room at ARTE Aesthetics, the boutique aesthetics studio she founded in Grapevine, Texas. Kat's background spans some of nursing's highest-acuity settings, including travel nursing, multiple emergency departments, and post-anesthesia care, shaping the precision, calm under pressure, and unwavering respect for safety she brings to every client today. Kat's philosophy is simple: enhance, never replace. She specializes in multi-modal, full-face rejuvenation, layering injectables, biostimulators, advanced biologics, and skin-focused treatments into a single cohesive plan built around facial balance rather than isolated fixes. Her training draws heavily on K-beauty philosophy, developed through ongoing international training and tours in Korea and Japan, and she's a Key Opinion Leader and trainer for MintPDO/Hansbiomed as well as a MINT 3PT Trainer, meaning she doesn't just perform these techniques, she teaches them to other injectors. She's also POCUS-certified, having completed advanced cadaver training, and offers ultrasound-guided precision for clients who want an extra layer of safety and accuracy. What patients notice most, though, isn't the accolades but the way Kat listens. She built ARTE around the belief that the best results come from restraint, honesty, and genuinely getting to know each client's goals before ever picking up a syringe.
Dr. Max Adler
Medical DirectorDr. Max Adler is a board-certified dermatologist, also board-certified in pediatrics, serving as Medical Director at ARTE Aesthetics. Born and raised in San Antonio, he earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his dermatology residency there as well. With decades of experience in general dermatology, surgery, and cosmetic procedures, Dr. Adler brings a depth of medical oversight and safety expertise that supports Kat and the entire ARTE team in delivering care that's both artful and clinically sound.
