A quieter kind of regrowth.

Support what's still there — before it's gone.

Hair & Scalp Renewal uses PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) and/or PDGF (platelet-derived growth factors) regenerative treatments derived from your own blood to stimulate hair follicles, improve scalp health, and support thicker, healthier-looking hair over time.

What to Expect
Treatment begins with a small blood draw, similar to routine bloodwork. The blood is then processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors, which are injected into the scalp using fine needles across areas of thinning or concern. Mild scalp tenderness, pinpoint bleeding, or slight swelling at injection sites is common immediately afterward. A series of sessions, typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart initially, is generally recommended to build results, followed by periodic maintenance. Improvement is gradual, developing over approximately 3–6 months as growth factors support existing follicles.
Benefits
  • Uses your body's own platelets and growth factors
  • Stimulates existing hair follicles
  • Improves scalp health and circulation
  • May help slow further thinning and support healthier-looking hair
  • Minimal downtime
  • Can be paired with other scalp health strategies as part of a broader plan
Ideal Candidates
Clients experiencing early to moderate hair thinning or diffuse hair loss, or those wanting to proactively support scalp and follicle health. This treatment is not a replacement for surgical hair restoration in cases of advanced pattern baldness, and is best suited to early intervention or ongoing maintenance.
Pre / Post Care
Pre: Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and NSAIDs for 24–48 hours before treatment if possible. Stay well hydrated the day of your appointment. Post: Avoid washing your hair for 4–6 hours following treatment. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Avoid direct sun exposure or excessive heat on the scalp for the first day. Avoid styling products or heat tools until the following day.
What's the difference between PRF and PDGF?
Both are regenerative treatments derived from your own blood and work by delivering concentrated growth factors to the scalp. PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is processed without additives and releases growth factors gradually over time, while PDGF refers to the platelet-derived growth factors themselves, which can also be isolated and used similarly. Your provider will determine the best approach for your scalp and goals.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients begin with a series of sessions spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, followed by periodic maintenance treatments to sustain results. The exact number recommended depends on the degree of thinning and how your scalp responds to initial sessions.
How soon will I see results?
Because this treatment works by stimulating your body's own follicles, results build gradually rather than appearing overnight. Most clients notice improvement over approximately 3 to 6 months as growth factors support existing hair.
Is the treatment painful?
A blood draw is required, and the scalp is a sensitive area, so some mild discomfort during injection is normal. Numbing options may be available — ask your provider what's offered for your comfort during treatment.
Who is not a good candidate for this treatment?
Clients with advanced pattern baldness or significant, long-term follicle loss may see limited benefit, since this treatment supports existing follicles rather than creating new ones. It's best suited to early to moderate thinning. Certain blood or medical conditions may also affect candidacy — this will be discussed during your consultation.
Can this be combined with other treatments or products?
Yes. Hair & Scalp Renewal is often used alongside other scalp health strategies as part of a broader plan. Your provider can discuss what complements your treatment during your consultation.
