01 Can I share my credits?
Beauty Bank credits are yours alone — non-transferable and reserved for the enrolled member. Treat yourself; it's in the contract.
02 Can I pause instead of cancel?
Members in good standing may place their membership on hold for up to two billing cycles per year. Just email us at least seven days before your draw date.
03 How do I cancel?
Email info@arteaesthetics.com — we'll confirm receipt and take care of the rest. (Though we suspect you'll stay.)
04 Is there a commitment?
Three months to start. After that, you may cancel anytime with an email to info@arteaesthetics.com at least seven days before your next billing date.
05 How does billing work?
Your card on file is charged $199 on your monthly draw date, and your ARTE Wallet is credited $199 immediately after. A one-time $20 activation fee applies at enrollment.
06 Do my credits expire?
Not while you're a member. Your credits remain available as long as your membership is active. If you ever cancel, you'll have twelve months to redeem any remaining balance.
07 What can I spend credits on?
Eligible treatments, services, and retail products at ARTE Aesthetics. Credits can't be applied to the membership fee itself, gratuity, or tax.
08 Can I use credits and my member discounts together?
Yes — that's the point. Your member pricing applies first, and your banked credits cover the rest, unless otherwise noted for a specific promotion.
