Your week, simplified

• Day 1 · Soothe: Apply the Growth Factor Mask for 10–15 minutes. Don’t rinse. Follow with Nourishing Silk.
• Days 2–4 · Treat: Cleanse, press in Post-Treatment Serum, then apply Nourishing Silk, morning and night.
• Days 5–7 · Restore: Cleanse, apply Regenerative Serum, then finish with Anti-Aging Cream, morning and night.
